Our Actions

Why do we strive to preserve the Wadi Rum ecosystem?

Wadi Rum Eco Tours is not just a travel company; it's a commitment to preserving the stunning natural beauty of Wadi Rum. One of our most impactful initiatives is our dedicated effort to clean up the desert environment through organized trash-picking activities. Wadi Rum, often referred to as the Valley of the Moon, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its otherworldly landscapes and red sand dunes. Unfortunately, the influx of visitors, while bringing appreciation for the desert's grandeur, also leaves behind a trace of litter. Recognizing the need for responsible tourism, Wadi Rum Eco Tours took the lead in ensuring that our tours contribute positively to the ecosystem.
